Meet in erg room at Princeton boathouse at start time.

Competitive team rowers are encouraged to attend.

Training per coach's plan and with their support and guidance and may include:

• ergs
• tanks
• stretching
• strength and flexibility

Payment not required at registration time - Select "Invoice me".  Pay monthly when convenient or when reminded by email.
