January 2021 Coached Training Schedule

15 to 20 CLRA members typically participated in the December training sessions.  Based on requests, we're adding 3 more sessions per week in January.  Tuesday and Thursday morning sessions do not required ergs or any equipment.  Come join us!
Thanks for input you may have provided. We considered all input and locked in this January training program. Please continue to provide feedback for February planning.
Schedule from 1/4/2020 to 1/31/2020:
  • Monday 6:30am to 7:30am - Coached online erg session
  • Tuesday 6:30am to 7:30am - Coached body weight strength training, no equipment needed
  • Wednesday 6:30am to 7:30am - Coached online erg session
  • Thursday 6:30am to 7:30am - Coached mobility training (e.g. yoga, stretching, activation exercises), no equipment needed
  • Friday 6:30am to 7:30am - Coached online erg session
  • Sunday 4:00pm to 5:00pm - Coached online erg session
Other information
  • $4 fee each session billed using our normal monthly process
  • Attendance is based on Zoom participation. Use easy-signup to make attendance easier.
  • Zoom sessions will not be posted for later viewing
  • We're targeting 12 participants per session to be sustainable
