Winter Training Update
 
Coach Molly has created a comprehensive training plan for the rest of the winter, including two additional sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  This plan should allow any member to challenge themselves, increase their fitness and improve their rowing technique. As always, members are welcome to drop in for as many sessions as they would like. The program is ongoing, but new sessions will start January 8th, and sign-ups will be available as usual.  Details here >>
